other regions of France
but also other countries!

At Thiou’s restaurant, the cuisine is à bifteck, and the « savoir-faire »  of the Chef is exported
in hearts and plates far beyond the capital.
In 2017, she embarks on a new adventure in Saint-Tropez for the restaurant
Le Jardin where she develops the seasonal menu and trains the chef behind her stove.
The same year, she finds herself again in Greece, within the luxury resort
Sani Resort in Kassandra Halkidiki where she offers a revisited menu for this unique place.
